Run Mikey run

Mikey Carr-Hartley and Sammy Thanju, our guide at Solio Lodge, will be running the New York Marathon to raise money for the fence around the Solio Game Reserve. The current fence was built in the early 70s and not designed for the level of violence and money behind the cartels controlling the poaching. The total area of the fence is in the region of 50 kilometres and will cost between $500,000 to $600,000.
