Sustainability is a core part of our ethos and we prioritise environmentally conscious operations as part of everything we do. We work hard to minimise waste and reduce the mileage products travel to reach us by sourcing all food locally. As much as possible, we avoid packaged products, single-use plastics and ingredients containing palm oil. Our aim is to avoid imported goods altogether, reducing our packaged waste while supporting our local economy and celebrating all that is Kenyan.
