SWIMMING POOL AND GYM
Giraffe Manor has a delightful swimming pool and well-equipped gym located at The Retreat which is right next door and overlooks the same forested giraffe sanctuary.
Our sundeck is a perfect place to relax before taking a refreshing dip in the 21-metre pool. Enjoy listening to birdsong as it floats down from the surrounding trees. You may even be visited by one of the giraffes who have access to the end of the swimming pool. Daisy’s Café and bar has a fabulous selection of homemade smoothies, treats and drinks for those who wish to order something extra whilst at The Retreat.
The gym is a lovely space in which to work out, overlooking the organic veggie garden on one side and the pool on the other. All our gym machines are designed by SportsArt, an innovator in creating sustainable workout equipment which gives back to the planet. As you work up a sweat using our gym machines, the energy you generate puts power back into the grid, so not only are you looking after your body, but you’re helping to look after the planet too.

Mid-morning and mid-afternoon are perfect times to visit the pool and gym, so you don’t miss out on any giraffe action over at the manor.
